      Pros

      Good experience working with reporters in a team environment with fellow Irish people in New York. Get a good grasp of Ireland on an international level. Learned about the variety of different Irish New York-based organizations. Interesting and enjoyable experience

      This place has terrible management. Lacks accountability

      Cons

      Awful organisation. Onboarding is non existent. Management's failure to move forward on innovation. Could not even message to the team on what to do on an impending snow storm. The site is just a programmatic landing area for crap ads.
