Great people Nice new office in a great location Uncapped Commission

Expensive product. Price does not reflect product results. Low base salary Poor office environment Badly managed no common sense applied: 1. Advising staff to contact companies about potential recruitment on the day the lockdown was enforced. 2. Long working hours 5.30 finish on a Friday despite prospects being finished up for the weekend. Limited progression unless you are very lucky with account distribution

Management are way behind in their ways Money is awful compared to other AM roles No structure .. in anything No interest in employees well being A lot of talk, absolutely no action
