      I cant think of any pros

      - reactive company; does not have standard process and will change things depending on what they want - extremely low pay - company values money more than anything but will say that they value other things - no room for career growth

      Generous PTO, good work life balance for those below director level.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking. Attempting to find a fix feels like throwing spaghetti against the wall to see what will stick. Initiatives abandoned without proper communication to staff. Sale to private equity amplified issues, made what was bad even worse.
