Sometimes too much work, paid work, but still hustle never stops.

Used to have a strong and supportive team, and the working environment was once collaborative and positive. However, things changed significantly after a shift in upper management. Since then, there have been major reshuffles across teams, along with a round of mass layoffs that impacted morale. Direction from leadership has become unclear, with frequent changes that make it difficult to stay aligned or plan ahead. The company no longer feels as people-oriented as it once did, and employee well-being doesn’t seem to be a priority anymore.
