      No pros. This company does not deserve a single star. They hire desperate idiots, suck them dry and eventually, either fire them or drive them to quit.

      Cons

      - Low pay - Terrible management - Shady corporate and regulatory practices - No opportunities for advancement - Virtually no benefits I hope this place gets shut down by the regulators.

      This company supports deep discount online traders for futures markets. This means owner pays low salaries so that he keeps all profits. This place is a waste of time and the longer you stay the more disillusioned you will become about your career and life.
