Pay is decent. A few minor perks exist.

Cons

Management can fire you at any time for no reason, leaving zero job security. Constant stress and anxiety from unpredictable work environment. No loyalty, support, or recognition—employees are disposable. Toxic, unsustainable, and completely unsafe workplace culture.
