Pros

Coworker is friendly and that’s about it. All the hard working employees doesn't get recognised.

Cons

Fired someone without reason. Was informed by fair work that Ironfish is frequently sued by employees with the same reason. Payed the minimum wage for reception and end up doing property management without training. Got bullied to leave the job.

Pros

"Free coffee... and, well, that's about it."

Cons

I had high hopes when I joined this company, but over time, I found it to be an overwhelmingly disappointing experience. The 3 Directors lacks vision, often setting unrealistic goals without proper support or resources. The company culture leaves much to be desired. There's an overall lack of transparency and communication, leading to frequent misunderstandings and frustration. Furthermore, there's no clear path for career growth. Promotions seemed arbitrary and were often given to those who were in the good graces of the Directors and Head of Operations, not based on merit or performance. The compensation and benefits are far below the industry average. Despite this, the workload and expectations kept increasing, leaving many employees feeling exploited and undervalued. The company also has a lackluster approach to diversity and inclusion. If you don’t speak mandarin you are a minority, and it is common behaviour for this to be spoken over English. And if you are not Asian expect to be excluded. No initiatives aimed at improving this situation. Overall, I would strongly recommend job seekers to thoroughly research and consider all aspects before deciding to join this company. The experiences and hardships endured here are not worth the stress, especially when there are numerous companies that value their employees' well-being and growth. Remember, a job is not just about the paycheck, it's about growth, culture, and your overall happiness. Based on my experience, this company falls short in all of these aspects.
