Pros
Exciting company to work for. Saving Lives. Great Culture. New management over the last few years have made huge improvements. Traditional manufacturing meets exciting new product development. Lovely people. Part of a huge Aerospace group with opportunity to develop and move.
Cons
Facility could do with some modernization - office refurb etc.

Work as an engineer is varied and interesting, people are friendly and most parts are made in-house. 4 day week also!
Cons
The commute, to live centrally ie. in Cardiff you have to commute ~45 mins to get to work.
