Pros

You can make a lot of money if your willing to work 12 hour days, and not make any money at all in your first year. You are paid less than minimum wage because the hours are lied about within your contract. Great group of some motivated people Fun incentives when targets are hit

Cons

Noone knows what they're doing. Blind group of young people leading another group of young blind people. Bad bullying tactics are picked up by the Mackensie Stuart group leadership. They have no plan. Hire graduates so no one realises how bad of a place to work it is No training provided for managers. Managers are stressed, but have had no guidance on how to manage a team, and then get punished for underperformance. Managers promoted based on billings rather than people who genuinley want to manage If you're a man in the company, you can't be different whatsoever. You have to fit in with their bullying/banter culture, or you will crumble. Don't start here unless you love feeling isolated and exhausted. Some of the comments about women are disgusting. Average tenure is really low - look at linked-in. Bad management is reflected in the data

Great Place to Work - Great People and Progression Chance

Pros

Lucrative commission potential - in my 3rd year out of Uni I earnt £100k. Great group of people to work with - everybody is a similar age and so many of your colleagues will become your friends that you go out with outside of work. Fantastic incentives and benefits - whilst top performers naturally receive the top incentives, from your first day there is the chance to win lunches, drinks and trips abroad. Chance for progression - If you hit your numbers you get promoted, it's pretty much as simple as that. You are given the autonomy to choose your career path whether that be management or individual contributor. Not many careers would enable you to reach management within 18 months of starting new.

Cons

Long hours - they are tough, there's no getting around it. I have worked weeks up to 60 hours. You are by no means required to do this and you are highly encouraged to work smarter not harder - but sometimes there is no substitute for hard work.

Pros

The people you work with are amazing. There is a potential to earn amazing commission but no support on how to get there (down to luck).

Cons

You have to work a minimum of 10 hours a day and they will threaten at you if you don’t do more. They will belittle you and shout at you as nothing is ever good enough! It’s a toxic environment, full of scare tactics. They will put you down with insults and they take micromanagement to a new level! If you have a genuine issue in the work place, they won’t take it seriously and will let’s bully’s get away with their behaviours.
