Pros

Great coworkers, health insurance at only 25 hours per week, decent eye and dental care. Opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Low salary, few benefits, poor management. ISAAC's has potential, however, there is vast room for improvement from the food they sell to the way they handle operations.

Pros

Good people, flexible scheduling, opportunities to learn multiple areas, basic restaurant operations experience, benefits at 25 hours per week, good for a college or high school kid

Cons

Capped wages, limited growth opportunities, poor senior management, the corp office makes things up as they go, no real direction, overpriced for sandwiches
