      Pros

      Corporate culture is great, employees are willing to go above and beyond for each other. Pay is somewhat competitive for the area.

      Cons

      Very difficult to move up in the company is you do not have many years within the company. Promotions seem to be very political in nature.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with and there are always people willing to help

      Cons

      The pay is low, I barely make enough to get by, The call center frequently hands off work they could easily do, There is a risk if HR finds out you are leaving or looking to leave to other banks that you will get walked out that day.

      PTO is good and there are bonuses for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, ect years of being with the bank.

      Cons

      Their pay scale is one the low end.
