      Tip of the spear, but you have to work for it

      Pros

      - Extremely competent coworkers (i’ve never been the smartest person in the room) - You get to effect real change - Very hands on for an engineering position, but you still work your brain every day - you are never going to be working on cooler stuff than what you work on here - Expenses are not spared when it comes to kitting you out in personal PPE and clothing, and in general they have the best tools and fanciest toys

      - Work load is high, you never feel like you can take a breath -Understaffed -Disconnect between higher management and the trenches
