      lot of rta parking space around building.

      Cons

      no appraisals, no promotions, no salary hikes. finance and operations have people who have not got promotion from many years.

      good for Asians as company is full of one nationality.

      Cons

      No or bad appraisals. No increments. There is a culture of overtime and over work there which is unfortunately encouraged by the departments and the management. A lot of experiences and great talent left job due to the worst work environments.
