Too Good to be True

Pros

The only thing good about this place is the decor.

Cons

What wasn't a con? This place looks good on the outside, but truthfully is a huge let down. Any one working salary will never receive over time, yet every one working salary works 50-60+ hours a week. They will underpay you 100%. They slave all employees.

Pros

The environment in theory should be fun and positive. The stores play good music, the clothes are cute, and they offer a generous employee discount.

Cons

Upper management is very unprofessional and there is no room for career development or personal growth. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for.
