Better negotiate your best deal before you're hired because you won't see another dime no matter how well you perform. Upper management plays favorites. Odds are you won't be a "favorite". Turnover is high. Zero interest in employee retention. You are always replaceable. Lack of leadership, lack of direction, lack of accountability.
I can't really think of any. I guess it beats being unemployed.

Let's see. Absolutely no accountability and zero communication. The blame game is in effect at ITS. If you join ITS, have a plan B because you won't last long. Very poor and inexperienced leadership team.
