Horrendous communication from management. I've worked in quite a few places with terrible communication but this one takes the cake. A manager shouldn't be asking their employees how to do management's job, which happened multiple times. Pay could be better. Workplace conditions at the front desk are awful. It's an extremely hot environment with very little air circulation and they make you wear a layered uniform. Guest interactions will make or break your entire day, and management just gives guests what they want instead of having their employees' backs. Very overcomplicated process for just about everything (I.E. check-ins, payment, etc).
