      Pros

      The company culture is awesome. There is good support from upper management, while still giving you the freedom to work without micromanaging. They pay well. I like that it’s a smaller company. I have fully enjoyed my time working with Isola and can’t say enough great things about them.

      Cons

      Company leadership are bullies with zero EQ. They only care about making money and treat employees with very little respect. Some of the women there treated very poorly.
