      - Really wonderful culture of work smarter not harder - Strong work life balance with encouragement to establish boundaries for personal life - Truly unlimited PTO with built in personal time off days from Cisco, and from Isovalent - Fortune 50 company benefits, startup agility and autonomy - Very family friendly culture - One of the rare 100% remote companies that puts remote-first as a priority - Everyone gets their work done, stays in their lane, and is trusted by leadership

      - Red-tape of getting approvals for big purchases through Cisco can be cumbersom - Cisco still uses Webex which is a bit clunky
