Work can get a bit fast - paced but overall its manageable

I had a disappointing experience working at Isprava. While the company presents itself as a premium luxury brand, the internal functioning is far from professional. There is a clear lack of structured processes and planning. Decisions are often last-minute, and expectations keep changing without proper communication. This creates unnecessary stress and confusion at the execution level. Management tends to overpromise and underdeliver, both to clients and employees. Ground-level teams are left to handle unrealistic deadlines without adequate support or clarity. Work-life balance is almost non-existent, especially during critical project phases.
