Unprofessional environment that doesn't foster growth or learning. Employees are all close, which could be a good thing in an office, but here it felt exclusive and borderline hostile. People were inappropriate with their water cooler talk, as if it was a locker room where you could throw out racist comments. The boss was only concerned with results, as if we were robots in a factory. Although I was productive and always had things to work on, by the end I felt I hadn't gained an ounce of knowledge or expertise.
