It was a new industry and there was some trial and error to find out where the marketing overlaps worked with finance

Pros
Company appreciates the benefits of embracing technology and automation where possible. Is willing to invest time/resources in making the best choices for the future rather than immediate results. Love working with this team, everyone's highly capable and friendly.
Cons
Not really a con for some, but at the beginning of the pandemic the company moved to an entirely remote work environment. We do get together as a company from time to time but there is currently no dedicated office space to work from.
