      Pros

      Lots of benefits, strong ethics and great people. Plenty of potential for growth if you're good at managing people, and awesome amounts of data to work with otherwise. It's a great place to learn how to communicate effectively as a data scientist. There's a positive sense of learning together for the entire data community.

      Cons

      Legacy syndrome, both in culture and in infrastructure, which is quite underdeveloped. Although there's a strong drive to modernize, there are too many obstacles to make it a reality. Resources are not well invested in that sense. Management wants things fast, but steep hierarchy and excessive bureaucracy slows work down and opposes meaningful changes.
