The company is work and life balance. You only need to work 7 hours a day.
Cons
- No matter how hard you work, you almost get the same bonus. There is not much difference. - Developers in tech team are NOT willing to learn and they just relys on very old technology stack. - Product innovation in this company is weak and slow - Poor documentation. A few business/system knowledge has been lost during the past few years.
