Almost everyone in management is for themselves or trying to look good while there is no communication at all. Transport isn't always readily available and there is no form of real security on site, not even a nurse.

They stay with the bonus and the commissions that are supposed to go to the agents. Create situations in order to stay with the money of the sales and do everything in their power not to pay properly
