Pros

Working with many of the faculty, staff and students has been enjoyable and stimulating.

Cons

Financial cutbacks and layoffs leading to widespread fear and cutthroat office politics. Cold, calculating, narcissistic leaders at the very top of the pyramid coming in and choosing sacrificial lambs for their own self serving ends. Nobody feels safe or loyal when they see talented, good, dedicated people let go or replaced for no valid reason whatsoever.

President Rochon's initiatives and poor leadership have created turmoil and distrust among faculty, staff, and students.
