Pros

Fine job, straightforward, Pay is not bad, and working here can be fun if you're around the right staff.

Cons

You'll be working a lot, Required to pay for your uniform, and have to work all holidays even if your location is not bust you will be put into a different department.

Pros

-Work with international interns (many countries) and teaching college students (if that is something you enjoy like I do) -Decent benefits if you sign up for them in the 3 days a year that it is open for -Potentially higher pay than some similar jobs in the area -Learning opportunity for culinary and fine dining processes (though at times overwhelming, very interesting) -Management for the most part seems to genuinely care about us as people and can respect us in MOST situations -Can transfer to other positions internally in the company (Barista, Hotel staff, Bartender, Spa, etc) -Working as a much more proficient team than other workplaces (though I see this changing quickly as team members quit) -Good temporarily for connections and for resume (though I highly recommend internship or hospitality classes in stead!!)

Cons

-Almost the entire staff is quitting due to many many company sourced issues including tip theft (Management paid through our tip pool) -Football season has blackout dates so you cannot schedule off a single Friday or Saturday -On multiple occasions they have denied requests off for unexpected funerals -There are daily quizzes and 80% is passing -You are required to buy a Calvin Klein suit (about $250 total) and, in personal experience, be prepared to replace said items -Some of management since the past year has become very passive aggressive and less flexible -Our supervisor has less experience in food service than nearly all of our team members and was promoted primarily because of being friends with our general manager
