Gain experience if you have been offered a position of higher rank than the one you had
Cons
No benefits at all You will never get a salary increase You will never be promoted until you have been in the company for at least 10 years, even then it is not certain The head office allow the seniors not doing any work and this is reflected in an increase in the workload, the one corresponding to your position and the one of your boss, which of course you do not get paid for it

Very lazy and irresponsive Spain-based headquarters staff that make daily tasks impossible. No annual salary revision at all Paid salary is very low in comparison to other companies The environment is very aggressive and every request will face an unlimited amount of negative responses. There are no company perks There are no benefits In more than one occasion salary wasn't transferred. When I left the company they refused to confirm the length of my employment for a security check. and I had to prove it by digging my payslips.
