      Pros

      Fantastic work culture. Helpful colleagues. Learning opportunities. Teams bond very well. Very friendly HR and CEO. Open office layout-everybody is approachable and doesn't need permission to discuss anything. Whether it is ideas or grievances, anybody can discuss things with anybody without fear. Wonderful HER and Finance teams. Very growth-oriented company.

      Cons

      Lack of a specialized viewing deck of the Pune Int'l Airport. Major chances of getting distracted by the fighter jets during sorties. Very strict policies with regards to timeline of deliverables. Demands accountability for every work. If you still think there are negatives in this company, you are grossly mistaken.
