Pros

Can work for 4 days if preferred

Cons

There is no job security. Even working full time is like working contract, there are projects coming and going, so they might not need you after some time.

Pros

I've worked in digital agencies for over 10 years now, and recently after making the move to Iversoft, I realized how much I let myself believe certain things like late nights, high stress etc, was just part of the industry and something every employee has to tolerate. There are three key things that stand out to me about Iversoft, that will make me stay here as long as they'll keep me: 1. They care about their employees well-being above all. Are there moments of grinding or overtime, sure. That's every job in EVERY industry pretty much. But here it's extremely rare, and when it does happen, you better prepare yourself for a project post mortem to evaluate in detail what led to the need to grind, and how do we prevent it from happening again. Culture is also put above anything else. You can be the most skilled and talented employee in the world, but if you're disrespectful, obnoxious or just not pleasant, your career here won't last long. Our team is what has made us so successful and nothing will jeopardize that. 2. The company is lateral when it comes to information sharing, ideas, and strategies. It doesn't matter if you are the CEO or a newbie fresh out of school. Everyone's voice is sincerely valued and given equal opportunity. 3. Let our products speak for themselves. Most agencies I've worked at have pretty well bought their reputation. They invest a ton in marketing and superficial things like fancy looking offices, beer all the time etc. That's how they make themselves known. Iversoft, (although we too have beer Friday), let's the work speak for itself. Our reputation is what has opened doors with Triple A brands, not the fireworks and light show we put on for them. The company doesn't just say yes to working with any brand. It has to be the right fit, and a product we can be proud of.

Cons

Iversoft sincerely cares about investing in the team they have, and breaking the norm when it comes to life span at an agency. Typically employees stay at agencies 1-3 years. Here, many staff have never left. The reason being we give our team the opportunities to always improve and hone on their skills. We expect our team to grow their knowledge base as the company grows. So if you're someone who wants to stay stagnant, clock in and out and never evolve, this is not the place for you. If you have allergies to dogs, or hate dogs, also not the place for you. And if you only care about the brand names for your portfolio and not the actual outputs, (ie: product), not the place for you.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for Iversoft on Glassdoor. We are happy you love all of this about Iversoft and we are pleased that you see the value in this strategy. While we miss dogs in the office, we get to enjoy looking at them daily in virtual meetings or in our animal slack channel now that we are fully remote. Not to mention the growing cat-lover population that's growing. Thank you so much for the advice and your feedback, it is very much appreciated.
