      NONE! Travel if you like being sent to different locations and living out of a suitcase.

      Management and Leads that have no clue about anything.Completely Clueless. The Two leads are Drunks, never pay attention to detail and or project and when falls behind they blame the floor leads. They will lie to you about career advancement, There is none. Good 'OL boy system, it's not how hard you work, it's who you kiss up to. They lie about Profit sharing (there is none) and or their robotics projects (they have none!). simply they build stuff for amazon.

      Micromanaging, toxic working environment like back stabbing, shouting rather than find solutions like China man company. Waste time for unnecessary daily meeting for half day and need to prepare different report after meeting rather than perform daily task. Unprofessional management. Management will take operator to help you daily task rather than hire intern/permanent/fresh grad (save cost but it will cost more), even will not approve too. Management think that AI can help to cut office staff, one person perform 2-3 people's job.
