During my time with the organization, I observed significant operational challenges within the technical department. While the team is large, productivity and morale are actively hindered by a pervasive culture of micromanagement. Furthermore, while my direct Team Lead possesses strong technical competencies, he demonstrate a severe lack of interpersonal and people management skills; technical proficiency alone does not equate to leadership capability. Finally, my contract was terminated without any transparent or constructive feedback, which reflects a concerning lack of professional communication and standard HR protocol.
