Pros
Cant really think of any. People in other teams seemed nice.
Cons
Lack of good management, I was expected to work without any guidance or further support. During my 4 weeks review I didn’t receive any constructive feedback - I was just told off for making mistakes in a passive aggressive way and my work was called “stupid”.

Pros
Good benefits and good salaries. Nice place to work if all you want out of life is the 9 to 5 routine.
Cons
Unless you are in the fee earning bracket there is a distinct lack of career progression. Not a place for anyone with ambition.
