Pros

The only pro was an employee discount. But even that is being taken away by the greedy owner.

Cons

Nepotism rules. Massive turnover (at least 75% per yr). Their tag line ‘Luxury Without Pretense’ is hilarious. The owner walks around and pronounces ‘we only deal with the top 3%ers’. Clients are being taken for a ride with major markups. Lots of Bible talk but there isn’t a less supportive place to work. The ‘culture words’ look good up on a wall, but that’s as far as they go.

Pros

Unfortunately the cons have overwhelmingly outweighed any pros.

Cons

Unfortunately, it is a very toxic environment, which reflects poorly on the company. Clients have experienced very inappropriate situations, which could have easily been handled in a professional manner. I'm honestly shocked they are still in business.
