Painfully Disorganized

Pros

-Generally kind people -New office space is nice

Cons

-There is no company strategy. Leadership will make decisions and then forget they made them by the time the next meeting rolls around. -There is no brand identity. We have no idea who the customer is. -Micromanaging runs rampant. Salaried employees have now been made to clock in and out. -Projects happen in silos, so multiple teams work on the same objectives without knowing someone else is already doing it. -The technology used is incredibly outdated, making work very manual. -They hire people who are completely unqualified to be in the role they're given. Many people at the company have never even worked in Fashion.

Pros

Was a great place to work. Lots of benefits including 401K, dental, etc. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Too many new employees and managers. Uneven distribution of work between employees.
