I worked at breheny for a year -3 months due to corona virus lockdown. I found most staff easily approachable, and in general most management. However in certain departments employment contracts were routinely exchanged then additional duties added which were clearly above your payscale. Such as managing staff and taking on certain responsibilities. These were never written down. Staff were then let go because they failed to reach a none agreed target on these responsibilities. My manager was abusive constantly swearing, if not about you about the situations. Archaic IT systems. I got the impression that mental health wasnt taken seriously. If you were particularly friendly with some managers you could get away with a lot of complaints.

Money there is not great.
