Pros
Unfortunately none unless you are as corrupt as they are.
Cons
Dishonest, ignorant, unreliable, criminal activity, continuous lawsuits, bullies, rogues, discrimination, childish behavior, scandalous.....the list goes on. As long as you are on the good side of the "president" you are completely fine. Once you step to the other side and are for the owners you are bullied. If you know to much about the scandals you are out the door. Never ever get too comfortable, there is no such thing as management support and team work.
