If you enjoy fake people in an unhelpful atmosphere for $12.00/hr this is the job for you.

Cons

I meet the owner of this company for lunch after being hired. During the meeting I was told, "it's okay to discriminate, just don't tell anyone". I was then fired after two weeks for being to quiet. There was no training and very little business coming in. It was down right insulting to have my time wasted by this poorly run company. If J Croyle wants to hire you keep walking. You won't regret it.

Pros

good location, nice office, hire entry level for internal positions as long as you look good, can learn a lot about staffing industry

Cons

mean people, basically only 2 people matter to management, do not dare question why something is done, train recruiters to ask questions that could get them into trouble and then won't help them when trouble happens
