Great company with incredible family like atmosphere. You’re not just a number at J.D. Martin.
Cons
Speaking only for my state - sometimes you feel like you’re stuck on a forgotten island. Lots of product lines to become familiar with. Minimal opportunity for career advancement.
But, just happens my boss was a micromanager out of Dallas and I was in Houston. Houston team thought I was doing great and helping a ton. He didn't think so.
