      Pros

      All but two office people were great to work with and always bent over backwards to help out with getting the job done.

      Cons

      Geez, where do I begin? Management is atrocious and rules with an iron fist. Completely demeaning, unappreciative and unsupportive. Hires in friends who are completely incompetent and wouldn't know a quality employee if they fell out of the sky. They completely ride good employees into the dirt to make up for his buddies who can't get it done. Bottom line is the only things that matters, relationships do not. Stepping over quarters to pick up nickels. No investment in bringing younger people through the ranks, only want to hire ex Ameren employees.

      a few make it worthless

      Pros

      When its good its good stay under the radar and u will stay safe. When it first started they really cared for their employees. It may take some time and a few mangement changes when they do it will be a great place to work again.

      Cons

      The main problem with this company is only a few people. They take an unprofessional approach to there jobs. When they report to the main office they are double sided in their reports, its easy to tell someone what they want to hear when your 8 hours away from the main office and hide the fact they have no clue whats really going on. They take a more personal approach toward their employees no matter what they have done for the company. And will hold them back from advancing within due to jealousy imo

      A few bad apples

      Pros

      The benefits, bonus, gifts etc were all top notch. The boss I had I loved. Minimal micro managing, respect, helpful and a great mentor. If it hadn't been for a few bad people in the department I would still be there.

      Cons

      One woman can ruin a whole division and the morale. A lot of pettiness and jealousy. Trying to stay out of it is nearly impossible. It runs off the good workers. Screaming in offices and hallways for all to see but never addressed. The good workers are often looked over for better positions and more responsibility for those who know someone. No advancement opportunities.
