      Pros

      The manager of the department is very flexible and the team likes to help each other wherever possible. Fast paced which makes the day go fast.

      Cons

      The hardest part about job is your hours can change based on workload and you do not have any say and if workload really decreased they think nothing of letting people go.

      Pros

      Nice people that can be very friendly and helpful. Company holiday parties and some free lunches are the highlight. Long breaks and lunches.

      Cons

      Union employees rule the company. Managers and Directors are never held accountable for mistakes and can be clueless at times. Overtime is unecessary, but mandatory due to poor management. Work process is antiquated and made up as you go along. Too many meetings with no results unless the owner demands it.
