2yWe do expect a high level of professionalize from our drivers. Communication is very important in our organization and trust must be earned. We also expect drivers to perform a through pre-trip inspection of every piece of equipment. Safety bonus are EARNED by drivers. In 2023 drivers were paid over $70,000.00 in earned safety bonuses. We do our best to be fair and honest when it comes to our drivers.
