- Small team of hard working folks who trust each other and have worked closely for a long time - Willing to work with you without micro managing and encourages engagement through a calm yet professional work environment - A lot of room to grow and develop a range of skills - Hybrid work schedule to provide a nice work/life balance and schedule flexibility within a 5 day work week - Nice PTO and perks
Cons
- Not much opportunity for travel yet, but my tenure so far has been short and my position does not require travel, so not really a con honestly
