Pros
- provides a large amount of mental stress.
Cons
Worst company ever to work for. They pay their production employees nearly minimum wage, and production leads normal production workers wages 16-17$. They then also auto enroll you into a "retirement" plan that they don't match anything, but will sure use your account for a big tax deduction. And if you try to pull out the money. Or stop them from taking it. They charge you a massive fee. The company that does it for them also calls it a scam.. on top of all that. For a company that makes millions a year. They like to rub it in your face their profit scaling every month whilst you barely make ends meet. With a 7-9% raise maybe every year depending if they like you or not. And sadly that doesn't even match the rate at which minimum wage is increasing.. so every year you are actually technically getting a pay cut in comparison to the wage difference. My last straw was them giving me my holiday pay, then the next Monday they send me home sick over halfway through the day. And then the day I was supposed to get paid they held my check for another day. Then docked the 16 hours of holiday pay for THEM sending me home, and paid me a half paycheck, all whilst I'm forced out of work for the week due to an upper respiratory viral infection. This company doesn't care about its employees. They unfortunately are just dollar signs, and completely expendable.
