      Pros

      - The pay is exceptional! Twice, even three times higher than Borderlink, English Village and crap places like these, once you clear the probationary period. - Work a fraction of the hours to make the same amount you would working at NOVA, AEON, Shane, Berlitz, Rosetta Stone, etc. - You can dress casually!

      None that I’ve encountered so far.

      Pros

      Very thorough with the initial training. High pay for the work. Great coworkers (administration people, other teachers, and supervising teachers). Really appreciative towards teachers’ work and understanding of your absences. Teachers can simply follow the set materials in their curriculum.

      Cons

      Teachers must follow the curriculum and complete each day’s lesson plan more or less in a uniform manner. (Lenient toward each teacher’s style of teaching or reasonable lack of time for completing the materials, which happens sometimes).
