A mess

Pros

1 Weeks vacation after one year. Full benefits.

Cons

Work holidays, even if you work back of house on non essential projects. Limited flexibility. Low income. No room for advancement unless you want to climb the ladder and move from casino to casino. Too many friends hire others into superior roles and the managerial experience lacks in multiple departments. Many supervisors are micromanagers and expect employees to stay at work for 50+ hours a week even if their job is finished for the day.

Pros

The benefits are literally the ONLY good thing about this company.

Cons

If you work in the home office be prepared to experience the following: - Crappy systems with issues - You will spend most of your time waiting on slow network connections while leadership complains about timeliness of work - Poor business practices with no plan for the future - Subtle forms of institutionalized racism - C- Suite and management who lack ethical standards Very shaky future for this company. I advise DO NOT take a job there unless absolutely desperate.

Pros

Benefits are the best around. Downtown has a cool eclectic atmosphere. Able to win some rockin tickets to concerts.

Cons

There isn't an onboarding plan for new hires. The culture lacks substance as you hear and read about it, but you dont see it put into action. It's very laid back, you get to wear jeans everyday, but it seems like that laid back culture makes management skills just as laid back. There are many clicks and if you dont belong to one, you're out. Professional Growth doesnt seem to be present or its not of importance.
