Whilst your characterisation of JAM is wildly at odds with what our current team members say, you will be pleased to hear that we have listened to our current and former employees. We have moved to a new office location, which goes hand in hand with our reinvigorated people strategy, focussing on our employees, their welfare and work-life balance. We would still like to hear your feedback in greater detail. If you’d like to contact your old manager or John Morris directly, we’d love to understand a little more. It’s always difficult when people post anonymous reviews, especially when we can see from feedback we receive that people like working at JAM and can appreciate the great strides we are making.
