1. On culture: Unfortunately, some members, especially those in Management, do not follow company policy. For example, vaping inside the office, wearing clothes not covering tattoos, cussing, among other things. Additionally, silo mentality is very prevalent. Taught to view colleagues as threats to my own department and career advancement. 2. On career advancement: It's a family business so naturally career advancement is difficult for employees not family. "Palakasan" at "sipsip" uso rito. 3. On workload: Overwhelming and managers usually direct concerns to rank-and-file employees instead of communicating to your immediate superior. Expect to work beyond your job description and pay. 4. On employee welfare: Employees develop sicknesses and high blood pressure because of overwork. No initiatives to improve employee welfare and proper workload distribution. It is likely that employees take on tasks meant for two or more people.
