If only giving zero stars and listing no pros were options, this section would be much easier to complete.

Cons

Extremely toxic work culture unlike anything I’ve experienced before. There is a lack of clear processes and structure, leading to confusion and inconsistency. The overall approach to running the business feels chaotic and unorganised, with little direction or accountability. Success is more about agreeing than achieving. Management is filled with yes-men who seem more afraid of the owner than focused on leading their teams. Compliance is rewarded, while genuine skill or innovation often goes unnoticed. The culture values alignment over ability.
