No pay raise, no proper training. Work and quota are the only things that matter, not your efforts.

Pros
I learned how to use and set up pro-audio and interface equipment. You can make friends with wonderful folks (customer) that enjoy music.
Cons
I have not seen a raise in my salary in over 4 years, and I am still paid the minimum wage based on the government wage rate. Tenured employee won't share their product knowledge.. And our job include not only selling instruments and demonstrating them, but also delivering products, installing them, and unloading shipments, which is really exhausting. No wonder the majority of the finest staff are leaving and have no plans to return.
