      Pros

      I love my job at JB's: it's fun, a great atmosphere with awesome music playing, and the staff is amazing - It really feels like a family. We also get free/discounted food when on shift, which is always a bonus.

      Cons

      The rota is only shared a week in advance, which makes it hard to plan anything further than that. The team is always happy to swap shifts if need be, but the lack of notice can be frustrating at times.

      Great co-workers, floor staff management is fantastic.

      Cons

      Kitchen is a mess, owner doesn't know how to properly manage a kitchen and refuses to listen to any advice or suggestion.
